To Reserve:

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure the condo, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date. We accept personal cheques, money orders, bank drafts or wire transfers for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by money order, bank draft or bank wire transfer--please inquiry about details. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A refundable damage deposit of $100.00 is due with the final payment and will be returned within 10 days of departure, after inspection of the condo for damage or breakage of items.

The occupancy of the condo is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: As Yountville Escape is a non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Please click on Insure my Trip.com for information. We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

	365 to 90 days prior to arrival, deposit refunded less 15% cancellation fee
	45 to 89 days prior to arrival deposit refunded if property can be rerented for same dates at the same rate, less 15% cancellation fee
	44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable
	Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued
